Join Us as a Full-Time Shop Hand/Detailer - a vital support role for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, organized equipment, facilities, and lot areas while assisting our service team with day-to-day shop operations. This position is ideal for a dependable individual who values teamwork, works with attention to detail, and contributes to delivering a professional and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, clean, and detail agricultural equipment, vehicles, and machinery
• Prepare equipment for display, delivery, and customer pickup
• Assist service technicians with shop support duties, including moving equipment, staging units for repair, and maintaining organized work areas
• Assist in maintaining an organized, clean, and professional appearance of the dealership lot, including equipment arrangement and general upkeep
• Complete assigned building and facility maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and wash bay environment
• Communicate effectively and professionally with sales, service, and other team members as needed
• Complete and process paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Support team operations to ensure a seamless customer experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 60 lbs
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Capable of working around various environmental smells
